Return Policy
21 Day Return Window
Items must be returned within 21 days from the date you received your order. Items received after this period may be returned for store credit, subject to approval.
Holiday Return Policy
For purchases made during the holiday season, an extended return window may apply. Please refer to notifications on our website at the time of your purchase for specific dates.
Return Condition
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund or may only be eligible for store credit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Discounted Merchandise & Final Sale
All sale items and merchandise marked “Final Sale” at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
Domestic Returns
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please visit hercraftedsole.com and follow the online returns process. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for your convenience.
In-Store Returns
You may also return eligible online purchases at any of our retail store locations.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for domestic orders. To request an exchange for a different size or color, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item on hercraftedsole.com.
International Returns
Returns Process
For international returns, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. To return an international order, please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the process and receive instructions. Returned items must be sent to our designated returns facility.
NOTE: To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend clearly marking your return as “Returned Merchandise” on the customs declaration form.
We do not offer exchanges for international orders. For a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order on hercraftedsole.com.
